Hey everyone!

I’m absolutely thrilled to join this incredible team that works tirelessly to create empowering and accessible camp programs for individuals with and without Down syndrome. (Seriously - you should see the hard work that everyone puts into it!)

Most of my career has been in nonprofit youth development, with a focus on social-emotional learning through outdoor adventure. As a kid, my dream job was to be a camp director. Thanks to a lot of perseverance and a little bit of luck, I achieved that dream and spent five amazing years in that role. I then transitioned into program and operations leadership positions from there. All in all, I've been working in the summer camp industry for 15 years, and am beyond excited to bring my passion for all things camp to PALS!

I graduated from Mount Holyoke College in 2008 and went on to serve in the Peace Corps in Burkina Faso from 2009 to 2011. When I’m not working, you can find me bouldering, enjoying backyard campfires, sipping coffee, solving crossword puzzles, or lazily spending time with family and friends. I live in Connecticut with my partner and our kiddo. I love finding excuses to travel the country and the world, but I’ll always be a New England girl at heart.

Looking forward to getting to know you all and contributing to the amazing work here at PALS!

We are so grateful to welcome Molly into the PALS family! Keep an eye out for her at camps this summer, and feel free to send her a warm welcome: molly@palsprograms.org.
