We often ask members of our PALS Family "Why PALS?" to learn how our mission has impacted their lives. After Vanessa joined PALS in 2022, she wanted more people involved. Just a few months later, Joseph, her close friend, joined her at PALS Holiday.

Dear PALS Family,
We're Vanessa and Joseph! We are eager to bring our friends to PALS this summer. Here's why...
Vanessa: The moment I will always remember at PALS was Partner arrival as the ambience was open minded and genuine contentment. I wanted to invite my friends to make an impact too. When reading warm and fuzzies, I realized how much of a difference I was able to make in the lives of others. This wholesome experience is worth sharing.
Joseph: I realized how strong and welcoming the PALS community was from Vanessa. At PALS Holiday, I knew I wanted to invite other friends when Cody, a Partner, gave me a big hug and welcomed me. Although he attended numerous programs, we made a pact to make Holiday 2022 one of the best experiences.
Vanessa: The PALS community is meaningful to be in because of the bonds made. I made many new friends all across the U.S. It’s truly amazing to know just how many people come together for one common cause.
Joseph: Through PALS, I realized there is always somewhere I am welcomed no matter what state I am in. I believe in the mission and values that PALS creates and I made the PALS Promise to be a part of this wonderful community. When life is a roller coaster, you bring your best friends to PALS and take the journey together. You have the opportunity to do this for summer.
